The Cult of Golf is proud to be supporting Andy’s Man Club, we pledge to donate £5 for every sale made to help support this great charity and the work they do. Andys Man Club has helped me tremendously, I have been one of over 1800 men that pay a visit every Monday evening 7-9pm, to chat with likeminded individuals.

ITS OK TO TALK
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

WE BREAK DOWN THE STIGMA OF MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH
ANDYSMANCLUB has over 100 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Our clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With over 1800 men using our sessions every week, and an army of 500 volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. We firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.

Established in 2016 by Elaine, Andy’s Mum, and Luke, Andy’s Brother-in-Law, the aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

Our facilitators are heroes in our eyes. We would love to be able to individually write about them all, due to having over 500 heroes, that would be very difficult.

OUR FACILITATORS. OUR HEROES.
What makes our facilitators heroes? It’s got to be the single fact the each and every one of them know how tough it is take that step through the door. Taking the step through the door for them allowed them to improve their own situation and get through their storm with the help of the other guys at the group. They decided they then wanted to help other guys through their storms. They selflessly turn up every Monday to open those doors for 7pm.

ALL OUR GROUPS MEET EVERY MONDAY AT 7PM(EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS).
We run talking groups for men who have either been through a storm, are currently going through a storm, have a storm brewing in life or just want to meet a good group of people with the aim of improving one another. No referral, no registration and no charge. Even the brew and biscuits are free!
